Job:Qualified staff for shoe manufacturing, including:
- Shoemakers
- Shoe fitters
- Machine operators (shoe manufacturing)
Candidates will work in industrial shoe production facilities.
Main responsibilities: - Cutting, shaping, and preparing leather, fabrics, or synthetic materials for shoe production;
- Operating machines for sewing, shaping, pressing, and finishing shoe components;
- Assembling the upper part of the shoe with the sole and other components;
- Checking the accuracy, durability, and compliance of the work with specifications;
- Performing minor maintenance and adjustments of the machines used in production;
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
Number of workers: - Shoemaker – 10 people
- Shoe fitter – 10 people
- Machine operator (shoe manufacturing) – 10 people
SALARY & CONDITIONS
Salary: - €1,000 per month (net, according to Bulgarian labour law and the employment contract).
Accommodation & food: - Accommodation provided by the employer;
- €100 per month provided for food.
Working hours: - Full-time employment according to Bulgarian labour law;
- Exact schedule, shifts and overtime conditions are specified in the individual employment contract.

Experience: - Mandatory: previous experience in the shoe industry (production, repair, assembly, or similar).
Age limit: - Up to approx. 55 years, may be discussed individually with the employer for strong profiles.
PROGRAM COST (DOCUMENTS FOR WORK PERMIT & VISA)
We prepare the full package of work permit documents required for the Bulgarian visa procedure.
Total cost of the document package: €1,200 per candidate.
Recommended payment structure: - Advance payment: €600
- Final payment (when documents are ready): €600
(Payment split can be discussed with partners, but the total per candidate remains €1,200.)
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE CANDIDATE
To start the process, each candidate must provide: - Scan of the passport main page (good quality, not cropped; additional pages with stamps if requested);
- Full registered residential address;
- Contact phone number and e-mail;
- Completed application / order form (provided by the manager / partner);
- Short description of shoe industry experience (position, years, main duties).
DOCUMENT PACKAGE FROM THE EMPLOYER / BULGARIAN SIDE
The candidate receives a set of documents required for the work permit and visa application, which typically includes: - Employment contract with the Bulgarian employer;
- Employer’s confirmation / invitation for work;
- Documents required for work permit issuance in Bulgaria;
- Confirmation of accommodation;
- Any additional documents required by Bulgarian authorities or the consulate for visa issuance.
PROCESS
Stage 1 – Advance payment & data submission - The candidate / partner pays the €600 advance from the total cost.
- We collect candidate data and confirm that their profile (nationality + experience in shoe industry) matches the employer’s requirements.
- Candidate submits passport scan, contact details and application form.
Stage 2 – Work permit documentation - We transfer the candidate’s data to the Bulgarian employer / legal partner.
- The work permit documentation is prepared and processed according to Bulgarian regulations.
Stage 3 – Documents ready & final payment - Once the work permit and supporting documents are ready, we send a blurred (protected) scan of the prepared documents to confirm readiness.
- The candidate / partner pays the second installment of €600.
- Original documents are finalised and sent to the candidate for the visa application at the Bulgarian consulate.
Stage 4 – Visa & travel
- Original documents are finalised and sent to the candidate for the visa application at the Bulgarian consulate.
- The candidate applies for a Bulgarian visa with the full document package;
- After visa approval, the candidate travels to Bulgaria and starts work according to the contract.
