Do not promise approval or describe our advisory service as recruitment.

WRITE A USEFUL UPDATE
Use four points: what has been completed; what is still outstanding; who owns the next action; and when you will provide the next update. Separate an estimated date from a confirmed appointment.

PROTECT CLIENT INFORMATION
Use only authorised work channels for client records. Do not publish passports, payment receipts, bank statements or client case details in this community. This lesson is about organisation; it is not a country-specific visa checklist.

STEP 1 — WRITE YOUR SUMMARY
Privately note your destination, purpose of travel, proposed dates and the questions you want to discuss.

STEP 2 — CREATE A SIMPLE INDEX
Use columns for document name, date, source, whether you have it, and any question to resolve. Follow the current official checklist for your destination and application type.

STEP 3 — MAKE FILES EASY TO FIND
Use clear filenames, keep scans readable and retain the originals. Avoid mixing old drafts with the version you intend to use.

STEP 4 — REVIEW YOUR INFORMATION
Compare names, dates and contact details across your records. Ask the issuer to correct genuine errors; do not alter official documents yourself.

STEP 5 — PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY
Keep documents in a secure place. Do not upload passports, bank statements or client records into community comments.

PRACTICE
Create an empty document index using made-up labels. Tell us which part of organising your documents you find hardest, without sharing private details.

Musa Bod Careers assists with document preparation.
A little organisation makes your consultation easier. Keep your appointment confirmation, passport copies, education records and supporting papers in labelled folders. Make a separate list of anything missing.
