Job Description

Target audience: all countries except terrorist countries.
Age limit: up to 45 years old.
Documents production: up to 12-15 weeks
Cost: 2000 euros
Advance payment: 1000 euros
Documents ready: 1000 euros.

• The package of documents required for application:
• scanned copy of the candidate’s passport (1 page + stamps);
• europass resume;
• indicate the full place of residence;
• Diploma of education (vocational education);
• information about education (availability of construction specialties);
• letter of work experience from the previous place of work (similar position);
• work experience of 1.5-2 years in a similar position;
• A2-B1 level of English language proficiency.
• Package of documents from the employer:
• work permit
• employment contract;
• a letter of invitation for residence;
• German language courses. (upon arrival, the employer registers the candidate for German courses, for which the candidate will pay additional fees (the amount is to be specified), which will be deducted from the salary)
• The process:
• Stage 1: the manager independently verifies the candidate with a screen recording (when and where the candidate worked, what work he/she did, and what work experience he/she has), after which the candidate pays an advance payment of 1000 euros of the offer price. We transfer the candidate’s data for further processing.
• Stage 2: when the documents are ready, the candidate receives the certified documents as a confirmation of readiness, after which the candidate pays the next installment of 1000 euros.
• Additional information:
• Documents are issued for 1 year. The visa is issued for a period of 1 year with the right to stay for 90 days. The candidate applies to the consulate for the visa to be affixed.
• The service fee is paid when submitting documents to the consulate. The cost depends on the country where the candidates apply.
• The employer helps with the residence permit application.

• Step 3. Employment:

DRY-LINER

• City: Dresden.
• We invite to work: men under the age of 45.
• Salary: 1800-2500 euros net.
• Schedule:
• 5 days a week (Mon-Fri);
• shift 8-10 days, the shift starts from 7-8:00 a.m.
• Responsibilities:
• Installation of plasterboard structures (walls, partitions, ceilings);
• Execution of works on dry plaster;
• Installation of insulation materials (heat and sound insulation);
• Processing of joints between drywall sheets (reinforcement, puttying);
• Surface preparation for further finishing (painting, wallpapering);
• Work with mounting profiles and frames;
• Installation of decorative elements made of drywall (niches, arches).
• Requirements:
• skills in working with drywall;
• vocational education is desirable;
• Endurance, ability to work standing, sometimes at height;
• Knowledge of and compliance with construction safety rules;
• Ability to use a punch, spatulas, level.
• Meals: not provided.
• Transportation: provided by the employer to/from work.

FIXER

• City: Dresden.
• We invite to work: men under the age of 45.
• Salary: 1800-2500 euros/net.
• Schedule:
• 5 days a week (Mon-Fri);
• 8-10 hours/day, shift starts at 07-08:00.
• Responsibilities:
• Routine maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems;
• Installation work: installation of equipment, tiles, doors;
• Elimination of minor technical malfunctions;
• Painting, sanding, plastering (Sometimes).
• Requirements:
• Practical skills in electrical, plumbing, masonry (preferred)
• understanding of safety rules;
• Punctuality;
• Ability to work in a team;
• 1 year of experience in the field of repairs.

• ELECTRICIAN
• City: Dresden.

• Schedule:
• 8-10 hours/day;
• 5 days a week.
• Responsibilities:
• Laying of cables, installation of electrical wiring;
• Installation of sockets, switches, lighting;
• Connection of electrical panels;
• Checking the safety of power grids;
• Diagnostics of malfunctions;
• Testing of grounding, insulation, approval for operation;
• Working with plans / drawings (wiring diagrams).
• Requirements:
• 2 years of previous work experience;
• Resume;
• Education as an electrician.

TILER

• City: Dresden.

• Responsibilities:
• Checking the level and angles (using a laser level);
• Cutting tiles to the desired size;
• Work with equipment: tile cutter, punch, spatulas;
• Compliance with safety regulations;
• Cooperation with other builders (painters, plumbers);
• Quality control of the work performed;
• Preparation of surfaces (walls, floor) for laying tiles;
• Laying different types of tiles: ceramic, tile, mosaic, stone, clinker;
• Processing of joints (grouting, sealing);
• Installation of special profiles and decorative elements;
• Working with adhesives, mixtures, waterproofing.
• Requirements:
• Physical endurance, as the work is standing, bending and with heavy materials;
• Ability to use tools;
• Attention to detail;
• Meeting deadlines;
• Teamwork;
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.

PLASTERER

• Responsibilities:
• applying various types of plaster (wet) to walls and ceilings: cement, gypsum, lime;
• leveling surfaces (walls, facades);
• prepare the surface for further finishing (painting, wallpapering);
• perform decorative plastering (textured, patterned);
• repair plaster, eliminate cracks and damage;
• work with building facades, insulation.
• Requirements:
• good physical shape;
• ability to use tools: spatulas, trowels, mixers;
• knowledge of and compliance with safety rules;
• attention to detail.
