Job Description

ARMENIA – WORK & RESIDENCE PERMIT (TRP)
Job:
Warehouses, logistics, service sector and other production / operational facilities (exact position depends on employer and available vacancies).

Salary:
According to Armenian labour law and individual employment contract.
Final conditions (salary, bonuses, schedule) are specified in the contract with the employer.

Accommodation:
Provided by the employer or local partner (specific conditions and costs, if any, are confirmed before signing the contract).

Working hours:
Standard full-time employment according to Armenian labour law and internal regulations of the employer (usually 5–6 working days per week; exact schedule depends on the company).

Target audience:
Candidates of all nationalities, except citizens of terrorist-listed or internationally sanctioned countries.

Age limit:
Up to 55 years old (may be discussed individually with the employer).

TOTAL COST & RESIDENCE PERMIT
Total cost of work documents: €1,400

This includes:

• Full set of work documents for legal employment in Armenia;
• Electronic submission of documents and e-visa;
• Residence permit (TRP) in Armenia.

Payment structure (recommended):

• Advance payment: €700
• After documents are ready: €700

Residence permit (TRP):
Temporary residence permit in Armenia is processed together with work documents and is included in the €1,400 package.

Processing time:
Approx. 2 weeks from the moment all required candidate data are submitted and the process is launched (electronic filing).
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE CANDIDATE
To start the process, the candidate must provide:

• Scan of the passport main page (good quality, not cropped; pages with any stamps if requested);
• Full registered residential address;
• Contact phone number and e-mail;
• Completed application / order form (provided by the manager / partner).

DOCUMENT PACKAGE FROM THE EMPLOYER / LEGAL PARTNER
The candidate receives a full set of documents required for the e-visa and residence permit application, which may include

• Employment contract – official contract with the Armenian employer;
• Employer’s confirmation / invitation for work and residence permit;
• Documents required for electronic submission and issuance of e-visa;
• Additional documents required by Armenian migration authorities for TRP issuance (in line with current legal requirements).

PROCESS
Stage 1 – Advance payment & data submission
The candidate pays an advance of €700 from the total package cost.
We collect and verify the candidate’s data and transfer them to the employer / legal partner in Armenia for preparation of work documents, e-visa and residence permit (TRP) package.
Stage 2 – Documents ready & final payment
After the documents are prepared and registered for electronic submission,
we send a blurred (protected) scan or screenshot of the main documents to confirm readiness.
The candidate then pays the second installment of €700.
Once the final payment is received, the documents are finalized and submitted electronically (where applicable), and the candidate receives full instructions for visa / TRP application and entry to Armenia.
