Job Description
GENERAL INFORMATION
Target Audience
Citizens of Sri Lanka, Nepal, South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria.
Age and Gender
Men aged 20 to 50 years.
Document Issuance Timeframe
Approximately 3 months.
Visa Processing Time
Approximately 2 to 4 months.

400 EUR
Payment Structure
Advance payment: 200 EUR
Final payment after document preparation: 200 EUR
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE CANDIDATE
To start the process, the candidate must provide:
Scan of passport main page and pages with stamps.
Europass CV.
Certificates or diplomas confirming qualifications.
Completed application form.
Verification screen recording according to the provided questions.
Communicative level of English.
Work experience of 1 to 2 years, depending on the vacancy.
DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY THE EMPLOYER
The candidate will receive:
Zezwolenie typ A (Type A work permit) in electronic format.
Oświadczenie pracodawcy o zamiarze powierzenia zatrudnienia, confirming the employer’s intention to employ the candidate.
Umowa zlecenie (employment contract).
Housing lease agreement.
PROCESS
Stage 1 – Verification and Advance Payment
The candidate’s English level and professional qualifications are verified through screen recording.
After successful verification, the candidate pays an advance of 200 EUR.
Candidate data are transferred for further processing.
Stage 2 – Documents Ready and Final Payment
Once the documents are prepared, scanned copies are sent to the candidate.
The candidate pays the remaining 200 EUR.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Candidates apply for a Type D visa valid for 1 year.
The employer provides a package of documents required to apply for a residence card.
The candidate applies for the residence card independently 3 months before visa expiry or may use a lawyer’s services at an approximate cost of 1,500 PLN.
Estimated visa fees range from 60 to 90 EUR.
Health insurance for visa application is arranged by the candidate.
After arrival in Poland, the employer arranges health insurance in accordance with Polish law.

MAG 136 / MAG 135 WELDER

Activity
Welding work on ship hulls in an industrial workshop.
Eligible Candidates
Men under 50 years old.
Salary
35 PLN net per hour.
Schedule
5 days per week.
12-hour shifts.
Weekend work available.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of MAG 136 or MAG 135 welding experience.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Ability to use power tools effectively.
Responsibilities
MIG and MAG welding.
Grinding and fitting.
Accommodation
Provided by the employer.
Additional Information
Work is performed indoors in an industrial workshop.
Support in obtaining a residence permit.
Support in obtaining European welding certification.
PIPE FITTER
City
Gdynia, near Gdańsk.
Activity
Assembly of metal components for modular building containers according to technical drawings.
Eligible Candidates
Men under 50 years old.
Salary
37 PLN net per hour.
Advance payment after the first week of work.
Schedule
5 days per week.
12-hour shifts.

Requirements
Confirmed experience in similar positions.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a pipe fitter.
Responsibilities
Assembly of steel and metal pipes according to isometric drawings.
Pipe assembly based on provided diagrams.
Cleaning and preparation of materials.
Bending pipes and wire at precise angles.
Reading and interpreting isometric drawings.
Basic TIG welding.
Welding methods 135, 136, 138, and 141 (tack welding).
Grinding and gas cutting.

SHIPYARD FITTER

Installation work according to technical documentation in an industrial workshop, focusing on internal structures.

Requirements
Ability to read technical drawings is mandatory.
Basic welding skills.
Ability to use power tools.
Knowledge of gas cutting.
Minimum 2 years of shipyard experience.
Responsibilities
Tack welding using methods 135, 136, 138, and 141.
Reading technical and structural drawings.
Gas cutting and grinding.
