1. Prepare a clear summary of your travel purpose, planned dates and questions.
2. Learn how to organise your own documents and keep your information consistent.
3. Use the current official destination checklist when preparing an application.
4. Bring general questions to the discussion beneath each lesson.

FOR AGENTS
1. Understand our documents-only service and explain its limits clearly.
2. Keep accurate client notes and protect confidential information.
3. Agree on the next step and give clear progress updates.
4. Refer case-specific questions to the responsible adviser.
