3.CANDIDATE PROFILE FOR EMPLOYER REVIEW
To recommend a candidate to the employer or invite the candidate for an interview, the profile should include:

5.INTERVIEW PROCESS
Candidates usually pass two interviews:
1.Preliminary Interview
Conducted by the employer’s recruitment team.
2.Final Interview
Conducted with the mandatory participation of the employer.
Interviews can be arranged on different days and for multiple candidates. The employer has a large recruitment team, so the interview process is usually organized quickly.
6.CONTRACT SIGNING
After successful interview approval, the candidate and the employer sign an official employment contract.

11.VISA FORMAT & VERIFICATION
The Albanian visa is issued in digital format as an e-visa.
The candidate does not need to visit the embassy personally or submit documents physically, unless additional requirements are introduced by the authorities.
After issuance, the e-visa is sent to the partner agency together with a unique BEI code, which allows online verification through the official Albanian e-visa system.
12.TEMPORARY RESIDENCE CARD AFTER ARRIVAL
After arrival in Albania, the candidate receives a temporary migration permit, usually valid for approximately 2 months.
After that, the migration service sends a notification for fingerprint submission for the Temporary Residence Card procedure.

The Temporary Residence Card is usually issued for 1 year.
TRC registration is mandatory. If the candidate refuses to complete the residence procedure after arrival, this may create legal issues with stay and employment in Albania.
